Aged in neutral Burgundy barrels, on the lees, for 8 months | SO2 at bottling only | RS: 2g/L | Yield: 35hl/ha
The Pitrouillet is rich and creamy with a contrasting mouthwatering acidity. It has flavors of tangerine, almond, green apple and mineral. Drink with a wide range of food like creamy pastas, fish, poultry or pork dishes.
